Missed appointments
A 24hr cancellation policy is in place, please insure you give us plenty of notice if you need to alter your appointment. Failure to do so will incur a $30 fee. We offer a reminder service, at no charge, if a reminder will be helpful for you.
Running late
We strive to run on time, your time is precious and so is ours. If you are aware ahead of time that there is a lot to go over in your consultation, perhaps book a longer appointment so we can go into detail of where you are at.
arrival
Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, so you have time to sit down, take in a glass of water, listen to the music and revise what it is you are going to talk about.
communication
We love hearing from you and want to know what form of communication suits you best. If you would like texts, emails or phone calls please let us know. We prefer email for non-urgent matters, phone-calls and texts work very well for the more pressing inquiries you have.
